The foundation of development is assessment. Guided by scientifically validated psychological instruments, the Leader Assessment Report provides deep insight into your leadership abilities and effectiveness.


As part of the Leader Assessment Report, you will complete a suite of assessments. The assessments that will make up your report have been specifically selected because of their rigorous and scientific development. Assessments include: 

  • Workplace Big Five Profile 4.0

  • Hogan Personality Inventory

  • Hogan Development Survey

  • Emotional Intelligence Appraisal

Report & Debrief

After completing assessments, a doctoral-level organizational psychologist will create your personalized leader report and debrief findings with you. This report will detail your leadership qualities, strengths, and development opportunities.

​As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, my approach is client-centered; emphasizing partnership, active listening, and powerful questioning. Each high-impact session intends to facilitate self-growth, set meaningful goals, and promote sustainable change.


Session length: 30 minutes.

Recommended frequency: 1-2 times per month.

Leading with Intention 

As a leader, getting better starts with fearlessly pursuing information that supports improvement. This course will provide resources and activities to allow for a deep study of your identity, reputation, and influence - three facets that are foundational to leading with intention. By the end of the course, you will have a clearer understanding of how you show up as a leader.

This asynchronous short course consists of 5 lessons, which include:

  • Introduction to the Intentional Leader Model

  • 15 minutes of audio

  • 4 curated readings

  • 6 thought-provoking activities

  • Digitial Workbook* 

  • 1 Certificate of Completion

*This course uses a Digital Workbook to support you in your journey to lead with intention. This workbook is a centralized place to keep all of your notes, activities, and action plans. It is also the key to receiving your Certificate of Completion!
