The foundation of development is assessment. Guided by scientifically validated psychological instruments, the Leader Assessment provides deep insight into your leadership abilities and effectiveness. The Leadership Assessment is comprised of three components:

Assessment
As part of the Leader Assessment, you will complete a suite of assessments. The assessments that will make up your report have been specifically selected because of their rigorous and scientific development. Assessments include:

-
WorkPlace Big Five Profile
-
Hogan Personality Inventory
-
Hogan Development Survey
-
Emotional Intelligence Appraisal
Report & Debrief
After completing assessments, findings from the job discovery will be integrated to generate a personalized leader report. This report will detail your leadership qualities, strengths, and development opportunities. Session length: 60 minutes
High-performing teams are no accident, but the product of the right people, the right skills, and clear expectations. The Team Assessment taps into what is working and what is not on your team to drive alignment for exceptional team performance.

Observation
Team meetings are a rich setting to better understand how members work with each other. Observation of a team meeting lays the foundation to uncover the dynamics that fuel a team's effectiveness. Session length: 60 minutes

Interviews
Interviews provide an opportunity for team members to express their thoughts and feelings more candidly. To capture consistent themes of your team, a minimum of 3 members will be interviewed. Session length: 45 minutes/each

Assessment
The data signature of a team will inform areas of strength and areas of opportunity. To capture a team's data signature, all members will complete a scientifically validated team assessment.

Report & Debrief
After all team members complete the assessment, findings from observation and interviews will be incorporated to create a custom profile of your team. This profile will provide a clear view of your team's inner workings, strengths, and developmental opportunities.
This profile will be reviewed with your team in a high-impact dialog session.
Session length: 90 minutes
Coaching is not therapy.
Coaching is not mentorship.
