As an organizational psychologist, Dr. Jacob Westerberg is dedicated to transforming the way people experience work.
Top organizations have leveraged his expertise to develop better leaders, more resilient employees, and effectively navigate organizational change. Some of his signature projects include facilitating Sony Electronics' internal senior leadership development program, creating an early-career coaching program for high potentials at UC San Diego's Jacobs School of Engineering, and leading team cohesion sessions for government officials as part of the Purposeful Leadership Initiative with the University of Redlands.

As a practicing scholar, Dr. Westerberg actively conducts research to drive innovative consulting solutions. His main research areas include leadership, resilience, and employee well-being. He has been invited to publish and present his work with the Human Capital Institute, Gordon Engineering Leadership Center, and TalentSmartEQ.

He also serves as an Adjunct Professor, teaching graduate courses in Team Dynamics, Leadership, Coaching, and Applied Research.
Dr. Westerberg received his Ph.D. and M.A. in Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Executive Coaching from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. He also holds an M.A. in International Psychology with distinction from The Chicago School and a B.A. in Political Science with honors from the University of California, Riverside, where he was selected to study as a Chancellor's Leadership Fellow. Dr. Westerberg is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach.
